Pedal in the Gym This Friday

I was trying to alternate activities so we didn't have two in a week, but we'll go ahead and meet this Friday at the church to exercise. I think we will then be on an alternating schedule. However we can do this every Friday if you are interested.

I will lead a kick boxing 30 minute cardio class if you guys are interested. It has been about 5 years since I taught this, but it would be fun. Then we can do some Nike Training. Doors open at 9:00. Sweating starts at 9:30.
